Terms of Service
DELIVERY OF ORDERS
1. Goods are to be delivered by a postal company in the form of postal delivery with payment on the payment page of the Website or by electronic invoice for the Goods via bank card or bank transfer. Delivery methods: courier service within Kyiv or Nova Poshta within Kyiv and Ukraine. Deliveries outside Ukraine are made by courier services DHL or UPS, or other companies at the Seller's discretion. Detailed delivery conditions can be agreed upon between the Buyer and the manager during order confirmation.
2. Delivery of goods is carried out via the Internet and is not limited to the territory of Ukraine.
3. Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances not caused by the Seller.
4. After delivery, the Order is handed over to the Buyer or a third party designated in the Order as the Recipient (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, and the third party as the "Recipient"). If receiving the Order is impossible, the Order may be handed over to a person who can provide information about the Order (tracking number and/or Recipient's name) and pay the full cost of the Order to the delivering person.
5. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer at the moment of handing over the Order and signing by the Recipient the relevant documents confirming the delivery of the Order.
6. The delivery cost of each Order is to be paid by the Buyer, except in cases where it is specifically stated on the website in the "Delivery and Returns" section.
7. The Seller's obligation to deliver the goods to the Buyer is considered fulfilled at the moment the Buyer receives the shipment, as this moment is determined in accordance with the current postal communication rules. The procedure for delivery and disclosure of shipments containing goods is determined in accordance with the current postal rules.
8. When accepting the Order from the courier, the Recipient must check the Goods for compliance with the declared quality, assortment, and completeness, as well as verify the shelf life of the delivered Goods and the integrity of the packaging. In the absence of claims regarding the delivered Goods, the Recipient must sign the "Delivery Order Form" and pay for the Order. A signature on the delivery documents indicates that the Recipient has no claims against the Goods, and the Seller has fully and properly fulfilled its obligation to deliver the Goods.
9. The date, time, and, if necessary, the delivery route may be specified by the manager contacting the Buyer to confirm the Order.
10. The User acknowledges and agrees that: delivery is a separate service that is not an integral part of the Goods purchased by the Buyer and concludes when the Recipient receives the Goods and makes payment for them. Claims regarding the quality of the purchased Goods arising after receipt and payment of the Goods are considered based on the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" and the Seller's warranty obligations. Consequently, the purchase of Goods with delivery does not give the Buyer the right to demand the delivery of the purchased Goods for warranty service or replacement, nor does it provide the Buyer the opportunity to conduct warranty service or replacement of the Goods by sending them to the Buyer. The purchase of Goods also does not imply the possibility of returning the delivery cost of the Goods in cases where the Buyer has the right to refund for the Goods in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".
For all goods purchased by the Buyer online and shipped outside Ukraine, import taxes, duties, VAT, and import restrictions in the country of receipt specified by the Buyer may apply, the payment of which is the personal responsibility of the Buyer, and their amount cannot be fully or partially compensated by the Seller or calculated in advance online.
